The Applicant(s) consents to the Landlord conducting a credit check and obtaining personal and employment information on the Applicant(s) from one or more consumer reporting agencies and from other such sources of such information.
The Applicant(s) consents to the Landlord verifying all references and facts, including but not limited to current and previous landlords, employers, and personal references. The Applicant(s) understand that incomplete or incorrect information provided in the application may cause a delay in processing or may result in the denial of application.
The Applicant(s) declare that the information I have given is true and correct and contains no misrepresentations. If misrepresentations are found after a lease agreement is entered into between the Landlord and Applicant(s), the Landlord shall have the option to terminate the residential lease agreement and seek all remedies.
The Applicant(s) acknowledge that Newport Village Courtenay Developments Ltd., including its directors, employees, heirs, successors, will not be held liable for any potential unauthorized access or data breaches that may occur during the electronic submission process.
